I don't have a ton of hair left on my head - but I would be bald by now if I hadn't found her. Thank you Elle for the great cut and professional hair advice! Salon Roi is a great place to get your haircut because they have so many other services and professional staff - so you're not just making a great haircut connection, your going for an appointment at a top notch salon as well!

Elle is smart, thorough and passionate. She uses the best products. My hair always looks incredible. Whenever I want a subtle change or I have to look good for a specific event, she's all over it. She's also funny and delightful to spend time with. Her space at Salon Roi is comfortable, tidy and welcoming.

I moved to DC this winter and have been panicked about getting a hair cut as I've only had one person cut my hair for the past 9 years. I was told that Elle is the person to trust, and my friend was absolutely correct! Elle is kind, knowledgeable, and a perfectionist. I have been Elle's client for about 7 years. She has managed to color my hair from black and burgundy to blonde and vice versa. She also gives me great haircuts and awesome bangs. My hair looks amazing after I pay her a visit. She is the best and would strongly recommend her to all my friends!

I'm pretty sure NO ONE can compete with Elle when it comes to Balayage in D.C. If you want to look like a celebrity and have flawless, sun kissed Balayage without heading over to Beverly Hills, I recommend you check her out. Elle is also a superb stylist and an awesome person. That's always a plus!

Elle was absolutely fantastic I came in after not having seen a hairdresser for two years, and she seemed to solve all my problems in one session! I left feeling absolutely beautiful, I had a great time and she was super helpful in helping me figure out how to keep taking care of my hair.

I've been going to Elle for years for haircuts for my very long, very thick, and very labor intensive hair. She always takes the time to understand what I want & even though my hair takes FOREVER (not her fault, I just have a lot of hair) she never lets me leave until every strand of my hair looks absolutely perfect. I have always been a happy customer but my most recent haircut where I wanted to try a bit of a different shape came out more amazing than usual. Great cut & great blowout!
