There are not that many things you can count on in life. For me, over the past 6 years, getting brilliant haircuts from Elle is a certainty. This time, I asked for something a little different--and what I got was better than the best haircut she's given me. Can't complain about that!

Simply the best - I look great and feel great. I don't have a ton of hair to work with anymore, Elle is a genius! The thickening treatment she recommended is working great and my haircut makes me look like I have more hair then I actually do. So happy!!! Thank you Elle!!

Dear Elle Thanks for the wonderful cut. The color is a bit too red. Can I come and fix it this Saturday? I waited to give you feedback, as hoped the extra red would go away with washing, but it didn't. But overall I am very happy

Elle, was interested in styling my hair the way I wanted it, not like some fictitious woman in a magazine or the most common hairstyle of the day and she worked with my hair which has it's own qualities and peculiarities. The result was lovely. My hair fits my head and she guarantees that if any part of the style is not satisfactory, I can come back and get it corrected.

After a couple of years Grouponing it after my beloved stylist moved to L.A., Elle was recommended to me by a very handsome Asian. But I digress. Elle is very knowledgeable, practical, down-to-earth & skilled. She asked me for my end-game, which is great for someone like me (I always need a plan), and is keeping me tidy in the meantime while we get there. Elle's realistic application of her knowledge made me feel like I was in very capable hands, and it's been a long time. Let's go steady!

I've been getting my hair cut with Elle for about 3 years and she always does a great job. But she finally convinced me to do balayage and I'm so glad I did! I had never gotten highlights before so I was nervous, but Elle listened to everything I wanted and it came out exactly how I wanted--subtle and completely natural-looking. Just looks like I've been in the sun a lot! As Elle says, "every human being should have balayage." But everyone should get it with her.
