So, I've wanted extensions for a long time but I also have short hair, it's complicated. Elle not only gave me yet another awesome cut and color, which has been phenomenal each time, consistently, every 4-6 weeks, for the past two years, Elle worked her magic on extensions and they look natural and fully integrated with my hair, color and all. Amazing. People, love yourself enough to go to Elle. You won't be disappointed.

Elle is dope yo! She takes her time and makes sure the cut is done right. Definitely not going to rush you out like a lot of people do. I would definitely recommen her to other dudes killing for a good cut at a great price.

I have been going to Elle for the past 2 years and I have yet to be disappointed. She listens to her clients but also makes great suggestions and knows what will work for your hair type. My haircuts are always low maintenance and lay very well, with minimal work on my end. I highly recommend Elle!

Elle has been working her magic on my color and curls for a while now. I literally can wash my hair and go and my curls behave. AMAZING! The products she uses are top notch and smell delicious. LOVE Elle!

My previous stylist moved away and recommended Elle, and I'm very grateful. She is a master at her craft and also an artist; and it's cool combination between science and art. She recommends styles/cuts that works for your hair, the way it grows, shape of your head, etc. And my cuts always grow out well and looks great until the next time. Elle is also kind, funny, and fun to talk to. I highly recommend! :)

Elle is a master at cutting and styling hair. The true test of a good haircut is how it grows in. Elle's haircuts are remarkable in that, you not only look great when you walk out after your appointment, but your hair continues to look great as it grows in.

In addition to being incredibly friendly, Elle's meticulous approach to color means I always have an incredible experience. She makes sure she is bringing her clients exactly what they want, but also what will make them look their best. I also love the products she uses--I never have that "just bleached" hair feeling after highlights. Elle is absolutely the best!

Saw Elle for a ridiculously difficult and time consuming color correction. Showed her a picture of a gorgeous light blue and she took my hair from an orange tone pink to exactly what I wanted. Not only did the color look *exactly* like the picture, she also took the time to neutralize and repair my hair between each process, so my hair feels and looks healthy and gorgeous thanks to her hard work and time. Highly recommend.

I've gone to Elle for about a year and I couldn't imagine anyone else having the same care for getting my hair perfect and making it fit me the way she does. I have a medium-length balayaged blonde cut that looks effortlessly natural (although it totally isn't!) and I LOVE it. As long as I live in the DC area I will never go to anyone else!!

Since Elle started using Kevin Murphy color on my hair, my hair has actually gotten better. She is so tuned in to using products that are actually good for you and good for the environment. And the color is awesome, especially with the little tweaks she made to my cut this time. Salon Roi and Elle are the perfect fit too. Love them both!
