Elle can somehow joyfully cut AND do terrific, low toxic color on my insane wavy, curly hair better than anyone! She also is kind and cool with my 15-year-old. Anyone who can get a teen girl to return for haircuts a few times a year is a genius.

Elle is the best men's hair stylist that I have ever visited. She has a unique sense of style and is very sensitive to her customers. One of the best experiences I have ever had with a hair stylist.

Every time Elle gets her hands on me I feel 1000xs better. She is the most empathetic stylist I have ever had. She literally puts herself in your psyche and doesn't stop styling until she can see you feeing great. She's also super awesome with kids. She cuts my 8 year old daughter's hair regularly and recently restyled my teenage niece who needed a new lease on her self confidence. Give her a try!

Whether it's going in to completely change my look or just a simple touch up, Elle always brings her amazing skills to make me look good and keep my hair healthy. It is really a pleasure going in to see her and the results speak for themselves, always.

After the election, every dream I had was a nightmare. Except one. One where I was inexplicably care free, wearing holey jeans and a t-shirt, and had short hair. I have been to Elle three times now for a cut and color. She uses ammonia free color and takes time to provide a precision cut which is essential for my fine, straight hair. She is positive and approachable and I always leave Elle and Salon Roi feeling great.

I've been going to Elle for five or six years and can't imagine going to anyone else. My hair condition just keeps getting better and better thanks to her TLC. (Believe me, the first time I went to her, my hair was a disaster.) I trust her judgment implicitly -- she understands me, my lifestyle and my fine hair. Coloring technique is impeccable. She looks at you as a whole person, what are you trying to express, what are your time constraints... and takes the time to figure out what will make you more confident, more beautiful, more you. She's a wizard with color and a perfectionist. She's committed to making sure her clients feel as beautiful when they leave the chair as they do when they are in it. Purple mohawk or corporate bob, you'll get what you want plus what you need. Elle is the greatest.
