If you must cancel, please do so more than 48 hours in advance of your appointment. If you need to cancel within 48 hours or less of your appointment time, please contact Elle directly to confirm your cancellation. Customers will be charged 50% of the reserved service amount for 48 hours or less.
The fine print: We understand that things come up and your schedule needs to be adjusted. However, when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that time slot, and clients on the waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services.
Your appointment is confirmed 72 hours in advance, via email, because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply. I will be asking for a credit card to have on file.
- Appointments made within a 48 hour period and then need to cancel have until 8 hours of their scheduled appointment to cancel. Less than 4 hours or “no shows” will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.
- Multiple services not cancelled 48 hours in advance will be charged 50% of the reserved service amount. 50% of your multiple services may be charged to your credit card to reserve the appointment time.
The cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping our scheduled filled, thus better serving everyone.
